We offer meals and food services produced to the highest quality and standards. The principal advantage of our clients having an off-site Food Service is that it eliminates food safety problems, the need to be a certified food handling premises and also managing staff. We offer training for your staff to help with the dishing up of the meals and provide a programme for your kitchen that will help meet the audit standards for the food service in your establishment.

Ace Food Services Ltd supplies all food and meal requirements -  everything from tea bags to the main meal.

We have a production kitchen that supplies "Fresh Serve Food" -  that is meals that are freshly cooked and served hot (subject to location) . The plating of the meal is done at each site to the individual requirements of the facility.

Menus are tailored to each home. Staff and residents have full input into the content of the menu and it is only implemented when approved by the management.
We are able to change the menu at any time to suit individual likes and dislikes. ( check our menus and news letters)

Special Diets

We are able to supply purée meals, special diets and we cater for all dislikes and offer an alternative to any meal that is not suitable.

We have worked hard in improve how our purées look and taste and we now offer a large variety.

For any alternatives you would fill out a food chart with what foods a resident dislikes and we offer a replacement for that meal. We work consistently to ensure we have flexibility with the meals. 

Nutritional Guidelines
The menus are assessed by a registered dietitian for nutritional adequacy and variety. A copy of the audit report is given out when final approval received. Assessments are done each menu change - Winter and Summer.
